With RDA Bulk Packaging Ireland Ltd on your side, transport and storage have been made easy for all your construction materials. We offer a wide range of products which helps in the transportation and storage of construction material in cost and time-efficient ways. The most common type of bulk bags used in this sector are open-top and flat base, these are single-trip with a 1000kg safe working load. These bags have four corner loops for lifting. There is also an option to add tunnel lifting sleeves. The tunnels allow a forklift driver to pick up bags without having to leave the cab of their vehicle.
We regularly meet the requirements of bulk packaging for:

Product Range:
- Uncoated fabric from 110gsm to 245gsm (grams per square metre).
- Printed up to 4 sides in 3 colours.
- In coloured fabric.
- U+2 or Circular design.
- With tunnel lifting sleeves.
- With different top attachments i.e. skirt top or fill top.
- With discharge spout in the base.
Facilities and partnerships
Manufacturing
RDA utilise a number of ISO Certified Manufacturing Facilities in India. Each of which also holds a valid certificate for the manufacture of bulk bags from either Labordata in Germany or Cotecna and The Indian Institute of Packaging in India.
Distribution
RDA operates from offices in Ireland and Indore, India and distributes from warehousing facilities based in Co. Meath, Republic of Ireland.
